Any person who shall wilfully violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 1 year, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
