Terms Used In Michigan Laws 339.557
- Respondent: means a person against whom a complaint has been filed who may be a person who is or is required to be licensed or registered under this act. See Michigan Laws 339.501a
The signing of a citation as an indication that the citation was received by the respondent shall be considered to be only a receipt of, not an admission to, the violation cited.
