From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated for 2023-2024 only an amount not to exceed $1,250,000.00 to Macomb Intermediate School District, in partnership with the Chaldean Community Foundation, to support and expand early childhood learning opportunities, improve early literacy achievement, increase high school graduation rates for new Americans, and assist with diploma acquisition, skills training, and postsecondary education.
