- Center: means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a. See Michigan Laws 388.1837b
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. Using data provided to the center as required by section 244 of this act, the center shall use the P-20 longitudinal data system to inform Michigan community colleges regarding the academic status of community college transfer students. The center shall work with the universities and the Michigan Association of State Universities in cooperation with the Michigan Community College Association.
