Terms Used In Michigan Laws 397.136
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The state board of education may promulgate rules for administration of this act in accordance with and subject to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
