(1) A person, with the intent to defraud, shall not falsely make, alter, forge, utter, pass, or counterfeit a state lottery ticket or share.
(2) A person, with the intent to defraud, shall not falsely make, alter, forge, utter, pass, or counterfeit a ticket or share of any joint enterprise entered into by the commissioner.

Terms Used In Michigan Laws 432.30
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of state lottery. See Michigan Laws 432.3
- Joint enterprise: means any lottery activity in which the bureau participates pursuant to a written agreement between the state of Michigan and any state, territory, country, or other sovereignty as executed by the commissioner. See Michigan Laws 432.3
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
- state lottery: means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery. See Michigan Laws 432.3
(3) A person convicted of violating this section is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
