Terms Used In Michigan Laws 445.19

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     To the extent possible, the office, upon the request of an applicant who has had 1 or more permit applications rejected by a state agency, shall clarify to the applicant the reasons for the rejection of the permit application and shall explain the steps that the applicant needs to take in order for approval of his or her permit application to be granted.
