- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
Interests in the common elements shall not be allocated to condominium units to be created within convertible land or within additional land until the master deed is duly amended and an amended condominium subdivision plan depicting the new condominium units is recorded. The amendment to the master deed shall contain a revised schedule of undivided interests in the common elements so that the condominium units depicted on the amended condominium subdivision plan shall be allocated undivided interests in the common elements in accordance with the formula for allocation of the undivided interests as described in the original master deed.
