Liens may be enforced under this act at any time within 6 years from their origin: Provided, That no lien shall be enforced against a water-craft in the hands of a bona-fide purchaser without notice, unless a complaint to enforce the same shall have been filed in the proper court in the county where the party claiming the lien resides, within 1 year from the time when the same accrued.
