(1) The department shall maintain a comprehensive list of children’s products that have been identified as meeting any of the criteria set forth in section 5 and 6. The department shall make the comprehensive list available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the internet and encourage links.
(2) The department shall provide a copy of the list of unsafe children’s products to any individual required by the department to inspect a child care facility for the purpose of issuing or renewing a license or certificate of registration.

- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 722.1052
(3) The department may work with the family independence agency to provide a copy of the list of unsafe children’s products to each person providing child care.
