- Forced labor or services: means labor or services that are obtained or maintained by force, fraud, or coercion. See Michigan Laws 750.462a
- Labor: means work of economic or financial value. See Michigan Laws 750.462a
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
A person shall not knowingly recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, or obtain an individual for forced labor or services.
