- Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, association, or any other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 752.1002
A person who is convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this act may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not more than twice the term otherwise authorized, or fined an amount not more than twice the amount otherwise authorized, or both.
