It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation to store, sell, expose for sale or offer for sale any liquid fuels, lubricating oils or similar products, in any manner whatsoever, so as to deceive or tend to deceive the purchaser as to the nature, quality and/or identity of the product so sold or offered for sale.
