Terms Used In Michigan Laws 84.1
- city: whenever used in this act , shall be construed to mean a city incorporated under this act, or made subject to its provisions. See Michigan Laws 113.10
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The inhabitants of cities having the qualifications of electors under the constitution of the state and statutes enacted thereunder, and no others, shall be electors therein. Registration of electors and division of the city into precincts shall be conducted in the manner provided by law.
