§ 400.223	Transfer of powers and duties of the special supplemental food program for women, infants and children (WIC) and related management support functions to community public health agency by type II

Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
