The board is the sole state agency to receive and disburse federal funds authorized by the Vocational Education Act of 1963, as amended in the education amendments of 1976, Public Law 94-482, and Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 400. The board shall develop and submit the state plan for vocational technical education. The board shall develop the state plan according to terms of agreement with the state Board of Education.
