Subdivision 1.Establishment.
Any city, county, town, combination thereof, or private nonprofit corporation may establish a community mental health center.
Subd. 2.Definition.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 245.62
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
A community mental health center is a private nonprofit corporation or public agency approved under the standards of section 256B.0625, subdivision 5.
