Nothing in Laws 1971, chapter 568 shall authorize any person, association or corporation to engage, in any manner, in the practice of a profession required by this state to be licensed.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 62C.20
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
