If the corporation is found guilty and a fine imposed, it shall be entered and docketed by the court administrator or district judge as a judgment against the corporation. It shall be enforced against the corporation in the same manner as if the judgment had been recovered against it in a civil action.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 630.17
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- court administrator: means the court administrator of the court in which the action or proceeding is pending, and "court administrator's office" means that court administrator's office. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
