Except as otherwise provided by statutes, every disability of minority at common law shall cease when a person reaches 18 years of age.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 645.452

- Minority: means with respect to an individual the period of time during which the individual is a minor. See Minnesota Statutes 645.451
