Subdivision 1.Meetings.
The Board of School Administrators shall meet regularly at the times and places determined by the board. The board shall nominate and elect a chair and other officers from its membership. Meetings shall be called by the chair or at the written request of any three members.

The Board of School Administrators may hire an executive secretary and other staff or may arrange to share an executive secretary and staff with the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. If the board hires an executive secretary, the person is in the unclassified service.
