Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 184B.04

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
  • Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44

(1) a certificate stating that the insurance required by section 184B.02 is in effect; and

(2) an affidavit attesting that the inspection required by section 184B.03 has been performed.
