Subdivision 1.Requirement.
Beginning January 1, 2006, only a commercial animal waste technician site manager or commercial animal waste technician applicator may apply animal waste from a feedlot that:

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
(1) has a capacity of 300 animal units or more; and
(2) does not have an updated manure management plan that meets the requirements of Pollution Control Agency rules.
