Minnesota Statutes 279.131 – Affidavit of Mailing
The county auditor shall forthwith file with the court administrator of the district court an affidavit of mailing of such notice and list. The affidavit shall be substantially in the following form:

- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- court administrator: means the court administrator of the court in which the action or proceeding is pending, and "court administrator's office" means that court administrator's office. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
