One or more adult natural persons may act as incorporators of a corporation by filing articles of incorporation for the corporation with the secretary of state.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 317A.105
- Adult: means an individual 18 years of age or older. See Minnesota Statutes 645.451
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
