A person who suffers a violation of sections 325E.50 to 325E.57 may bring an action to recover actual damages and reasonable attorney’s fees and seek an injunction or any other available remedy.

Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 325E.55

Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
