Minnesota Statutes 383A.299 – Penalties

A person who willfully violates a provision of sections 383A.281 to 383A.301 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
