Minnesota Statutes 634.031 – Evidence of Accomplice

Any person may be convicted for violation of sections 609.75 to 609.76 on the person’s own confession out of court, or upon the testimony of an accomplice.

Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
