Subdivision 1.Premium tax.
The attorney-in-fact shall file with the commissioner of revenue all returns and pay to the commissioner of revenue all amounts required under chapter 297I.

- Attorney-in-fact: A person who, acting as an agent, is given written authorization by another person to transact business for him (her) out of court.
- Tax: means any fee, charge, exaction, or assessment imposed by a governmental entity on an individual, person, entity, transaction, good, service, or other thing. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
