When a not-for-profit human services organization providing habilitative and rehabilitative services to people with disabilities in the state of Missouri has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities or the Accreditation Council on Services for People with Disabilities, that specific accreditation shall be recognized in lieu of and as an equivalent to any state licensure or certification requirements by all state agencies when purchasing services on behalf of persons with disabilities.
