Missouri Constitution Article VI Sec. 32(c) – Effect of revision on retirement
An amendment or revision adopted pursuant to § 32(a) of this Article shall not deprive any person of any right or privilege to retire and to retirement benefits, if any, to which he or she was entitled immediately prior to the effective date of that amendment or revision.
