- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The commissioner of administration or the disbursing officer of a county or municipal corporation shall not incur any liability under the bonds required of them as such officials, on account of the duties imposed upon them under sections 105.160 to 105.200.
