Terms Used In Missouri Laws 107.110
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Place of residence: means the place where the family of any person permanently resides in this state, and the place where any person having no family generally lodges. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- Property: includes real and personal property. See Missouri Laws 1.020
No official bond in a penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars or more shall be approved until after the sureties therein shall subscribe and swear to a statement, to be duly attested and endorsed on or attached to the bond, setting forth in full the name, place of residence and occupation of each surety, the kind and location of his property, and that he is worth a certain sum, therein to be stated, over and above all liabilities and exemptions, and such other particulars as may be required by the officer or court whose approval of such bond is sought or required.
