Terms Used In Missouri Laws 110.230
- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020
It shall be the duty of each depositary selected under the provisions of sections 110.130 to 110.260 on the first of each month to make a statement in duplicate of the amount of interest accrued for the preceding month, and of the balance standing to the credit of said county with such depositary, one of which statements said depositary shall deliver to the county treasurer, and one to the county clerk of said county.
