Terms Used In Missouri Laws 149.215

  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.

If any provision of sections 149.200 to 149.212 is held invalid, the remainder of such sections shall not be affected.
