Terms Used In Missouri Laws 163.041

  • Average daily attendance: the quotient or the sum of the quotients obtained by dividing the total number of hours attended in a term by resident pupils between the ages of five and twenty-one by the actual number of hours school was in session in that term. See Missouri Laws 163.011
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

The average daily attendance for the first apportionment of state school moneys to any enlarged school district organized under the provisions of sections 162.101 to 162.201 shall be computed by adding together the total average daily attendance in each district that has become a component part of the enlarged district.
