Terms Used In Missouri Laws 165.081
- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020

The county treasurer shall pay over to the treasurer of each seven-director school district any state or county school moneys received by him to which the district is entitled, at least once in every month and take duplicate receipts from the treasurer one of which he shall file with the secretary of the board, and the other he shall file in his settlement with the county commission.
