Any person violating any provision of sections 196.695 to 196.710 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. When construing and enforcing the provisions of sections 196.695 to 196.710, the act, omission, or failure of any person acting for or employed by any individual, partnership or corporation, or association, within the scope of his employment or office, shall in every case be deemed the violation of sections 196.695 to 196.710, by such individual, partnership, corporation, or association, as well as the act of such person.
