The proof of the publication of the notice shall be made by the affidavit of the publisher of the newspaper in which the notice is published, to which shall be attached a copy of the notice. The proof of notice published by handbills shall be made by the affidavit of some person who signed the notice to which shall be attached a copy of the notice.
