Terms Used In Missouri Laws 214.050
- hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day when the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The county commissions of the several counties of this state are hereby vested with power to vacate any streets, avenues, thoroughfares or places heretofore dedicated, or which may hereafter be dedicated to public use in any cemeteries located within the respective borders of such counties.
