All correctional employees shall:
(1) Grant to members of the state parole board or its properly accredited representatives access at all reasonable times to any offender;

- Board: the parole board. See Missouri Laws 217.010
- Offender: a person under supervision or an inmate in the custody of the department. See Missouri Laws 217.010
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(2) Furnish to the board the reports that the board requires concerning the conduct and character of any offender in their custody; and
(3) Furnish any other facts deemed pertinent by the board in the determination of whether an offender shall be paroled.
