Terms Used In Missouri Laws 217.510
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Offender: a person under supervision or an inmate in the custody of the department. See Missouri Laws 217.010
Escape from custody by any offender subsequent to the execution of a request for final disposition under the provisions of sections 217.490 to 217.520 shall void the request and subject the offender to conviction under sections 217.225 and 217.390 relating to escape from custody.
