- Offender: a person under supervision or an inmate in the custody of the department. See Missouri Laws 217.010
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
No part of this law may be used to transfer a Missouri convicted offender against his will from Missouri to a state where he is wanted for the commission of any criminal offense.
