Terms Used In Missouri Laws 221.430

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

No income of the district shall inure to the benefit of any private person. Upon dissolution of the district, all the district’s assets shall be distributed among the member counties.
