The portion of Interstate 70 in St. Louis City from Union Boulevard east to Kingshighway Boulevard shall be designated the “Police Officer Daryl Hall Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the cost to be paid for by private donations.
