The portion of U.S. Highway 50 from Bahner Quarry Road continuing west to Tower Road through the city of Tipton in Moniteau County shall be designated the “SGT James L Shipley Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
