Any person violating the provisions of section 229.210 and any person who shall unlawfully remove either of the barriers or either of the written or printed notices above mentioned, shall be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
