- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any district formed pursuant to the laws of this state shall have authority to cooperate with other entities, public and private, in the development of bikeways and bike trails; provided, however, that no power of condemnation of land shall be used by the district for the purpose of bike trails.
