  • hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Whenever any sewer district incorporated under the laws of this state shall sue any delinquent taxpayer on account of any tax levied by such sewer district, and if such sewer district be exempt by law from securing or paying the court costs incident to such suit, then in all such cases all courts of this state before whom such suit may be hereafter heard shall take into consideration all of the facts and circumstances concerning the levy of such tax and the bringing of such suit, the claims made in the district’s petition, all matters of evidence and all facts and circumstances touching the question of justice in the premises, and the court may, in such cases, in its discretion and in furtherance of justice, abate, remit, waive or refuse to tax any court cost accrued in such case against such delinquent taxpayer.
