1. No person shall hunt or fish during a period when any permit or privilege allowing such person to hunt or fish is suspended, revoked, or denied by any court of this state or by the conservation commission during the term of such suspension, revocation, or denial.
2. Violation of subsection 1 of this section is a class A misdemeanor.
